The "Your County Site" button is a direct link to the County, (or Parish) level site for the City site a user would be on. So, if a user was on the SeattleSeniors.com site, and they clicked on the "Your County Site" button, they would end up on KingCountySeniors.com. At this level, they would have access to what's happening around their County.
The "Your State Site" button is a direct link to the State level site for the particular City site a user would be on. So, if they were looking at SeattleSeniors.com, as an example, the State Site button would take them to WashingtonStateSeniors.com.
