What is your Privacy Policy?
The Toma Group strives to protect the online privacy of all visitors to our sites. You are our most valuable asset and we want you to use this site with confidence. For detailed information please read our Privacy Policy.
Am I the exclusive sponsor of the product I choose?
Yes. We will not offer the same city, neighborhood, or other exclusive sponsorship to anyone else, as long as you are the designated sponsor. Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis.
Are there hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. Regular maintenance, upgrades and marketing support are all included in the monthly hosting fee
Are you associated with the other businesses, links or advertisers on your site?
The Toma Group, the site sponsor, co-sponsors and affiliates, are not directly associated with, nor do they endorse any of the information, products or services offered on the links, and/or advertisements, provided on the site by outside vendors. The information collected by those partners, advertisers, and other website links, are not covered by the Privacy Policy.
Do I have to provide a domain name?
No. We will do the research for you to find the domain name that most closely fits the website intent you want to sponsor.
Can I use my own domain name?
A domain name will be supplied and owned by MSOTW, LLC dba The Toma Group. The websites are all actually owned by Marketing Services on the Web, LLC. We are providing sponsorships for the sites on a fee basis. However, you are welcome to link or "point" your domain name or names to the site(s) you are sponsoring, provided that any name is first approved for compliance by The Toma Group.
How is financial information protected on your sites?
The Toma Group is very concerned with the protection of all of yours, and your target market’s personal information. We require credit card billing to charge your monthly sponsorship fee. Any time a credit card number is requested by The Toma Group, the number will be saved in an encrypted format using the industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption coding. Industry standard secure servers are used to protect your personal information.

What can your products offer visitors of the sites?
Visitors can enjoy a website that represents the interests and concerns of their community, whether it be demographic, geographic, or special interest. They will find it an opportunity to interact with others, and develop a communication tool within their community. Content supplies them with various local, and national, resources, as well as current real estate related information from the site sponsor. For more information, visit our Solutions page.
What does the monthly sponsorship fee cover?
You will receive much more the exclusive rights to utilize the site. The Toma Group supplies all the necessary web content needed to make your site viable, interactive and successful. We provide regular maintenance, upgrades, updates, constantly changing content, marketing ideas and advice all at no additional charge.
Will you use my information for any other purposes?
No one other than The Toma Group has access to your email address and other personal information you give us. We do not, and will not, sell or provide this information to any outside organization without your consent.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our relationship is on a month-to-month basis. If, for some reason you should decide to no longer utilize our services, you must give us a one month advance notice of cancellation so we can find a replacement for your web site. The web sites continue on without your sponsorship. Should you not make a payment, we have the right to replace your sponsorship with another.
Do you give a grace period?
Yes. We will not replace your sponsorship with another, unless you are more than thirty days late on your monthly payment.
Do you guarantee your prices to remain the same?
With inflationary pressures, pricing can’t be guaranteed indefinitely. However, we do not adjust prices for at least one year after someone begins a sponsorship.
If I secure co-sponsors for my site, do I get any part of the fees?
Yes. In fact, it doesn't matter whether you secure them or we do. You will get half of the monthly fees received by us, from any co-sponsor of your site, up to the point whereby your entire fee is paid for. We have designed our pricing structure so that if all co-sponsorships were filled, and paid for, your monthly fee would be entirely covered!
Is it monthly or yearly subscriptions, and do I get a discount if I go yearly?
You are on a month-to-month basis as a sponsor, and a quarterly basis as a co-sponsor. There are no discounts for prepaid sponsorships.
The Toma Group monitors content, discussions, etc. that go on the County, State, and National level Seniors Connected sites only. Once we make note of objectionable content, it will be removed. Abusers of the sites will lose their privileges. The Sponsor should keep an eye on the local sites they sponsor, and remove any objectionable content, and/or cancel the log in, for any particular abuser. Since most of the sites are for internal use of organizations, neighborhoods, clubs, etc. they will generally self-monitor their sites.
Can I see the traffic on my site?
In your Control Center, you have the ability to set up Google Analytics on your site.
Will The Toma Group keep in contact with me, even after I sponsor a site?
Absolutely! We want you to be successful and enjoy the benefits we offer. We are constantly sending out marketing tips and other advice on how to maximize the value of your sponsorship. We also provide an online sponsor forum through our main site, www.TheTomaGroup.com .
Will The Toma Group help with advertising materials and ideas?
Absolutely! We are constantly trying out new ideas that we develop along with others developed by our sponsors. We share these marketing ideas with all of our sponsors on a continual basis .
If I buy a Seniors, Neighborhood, or other Toma sponsorship, will I get first choice of owning other web sites designed specifically for my city?
Yes, as we develop additional TOMA applications, we will announce these ahead of time to our current sponsors and give them an opportunity to secure them.
If I quit my business or, for some other reason, no longer wish to sponsor a particular site, what happens to it?
This is the main reason why we retain ownership of all our sites and pay for the domain renewals each year. Since our sites are built for the use of particular groups, be it Seniors, Clubs, Neighborhoods, or what have you, we want to make sure that the site stays up at all times for their continued use. They will have become dependent on their site and we don't want to disrupt that. We will, of course, seek out a new sponsorship.
