Co-sponsors

For the Top 20 Research areas, along the top of the website, we have provided the ability for you to find co-sponsors, for each of the sections. You, as the main sponsor, automatically have the Real Estate section. So, as an example, say you knew of a mortgage rep that you wanted to team up with you on the web site. You could have them sponsor, say, either the financial, or the mortgage services, category. Once someone sponsors a category, you will receive half of the sponsorship fees from that co-sponsor, up to the point where your entire sponsorship fee is paid for. This is our way of giving you an incentive, to help fill up those categories, and make your site more dynamic, for your local seniors.

The co-sponsor, then, is provided with a variety of tools, so that they almost have their own mini-website within their category. We provide daily articles and information about each category, but the co-sponsor can load in their own articles, show a calendar of company events, post a list of classes and seminars, have a page of links pertaining to their category, have a link to their personal, or company, website, post their own blog, have the ability to post coupons, or special offers that will show up in the coupons and discounts section, have a page of testimonials, and a page where they can post newsworthy items.
