    I've always found that the best real estate transactions are the ones where all parties benefit. Nobody is unhappy. Everybody goes away from the table with something of value. This is the approach we took when designing The Toma Group products. They benefit all parties. So many companies that produce products for agents these days do so from a pure technical razzle dazzle perspective. Many, if not most, of these developers have never stepped in your shoes. They don't know the business. For a product to stand the test of time and truly benefit the agent, it must first benefit the consumer. If the consumer doesn't like it, or finds it of little to no use, they won't come back. We've designed our products from the ground up to first benefit the consumer. If it benefits the consumer, then it follows that it will naturally benefit the sponsors and create TOMA!

 
Consumers
Just to name a few, our products benefit the general public with Seniors relations, Seniors themselves, the general public as a whole, homeowners, clubs and organizations, chambers of commerce, neighborhood associations, communities, towns, cities, for sale by owners, homebuyers, homesellers, renters, special interest groups, and many more. The depth and combination of features and functions including research, communication paths, news, personal life organization, daily changing content and more, is unique to our products and will keep your target audience coming back time and time again.
 
Major Sponsors

The most obvious entity that benefits from TOMA and our products that create TOMA are individual real estate professionals. By keeping themselves constantly in front of their target market, they build TOMA every time someone accesses the site. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that real estate professionals are the only group that could benefit greatly from TOMA based website sponsorships. Real estate teams, real estate companies, mortgage companies, individual mortgage reps, title companies, insurance companies and agents, estate attorneys, retirement communities, financial planners, and others could definitely become major sponsors and benefit from TOMA based websites.

 
Co-sponsors

We have identified over twenty industries that would benefit as co-sponsors of our TOMA products. The sites are designed with features and functions so that co-sponsors also have their own means of promotion. As such, they can benefit in much the same way as main sponsors can. However, we have structured the cost to be approximately ten percent of the cost of a major sponsorship. Some of these industries identified are automotive, chiropractic, dining and wine, estate planning, financial, financial planning, home & garden, home decorating, home improvement, insurance, legal/law, massage therapy, mortgage services, moving, outdoor recreation, physical therapy, retirement planning, recreational vehicles, senior living and travel/recreation.
