Common Site Features

With the exception of Seniors Connected, the other TOMA products have similar, but slightly different features. Below, you will find the features most common to the Toma Neighborhoods, Clubs, Groups, Organizations, Churches and Professionals line of products. Members Only Areas

The sites have been designed, with two distinct purposes in mind. First, and foremost, they are designed to have the features, and functions, that any entity, being a club, group, organization, church, neighborhood, or professional group will need, to conduct their discussions, store documents, have a calendar of events, a directory of members, photo albums, and much more. We made exhaustive studies as to what people need to have, and what would be really nice to have. Everything we found has been developed, and included, in these sites. I think you will find that our TOMA sites have more useable features than you will find with any other product of this nature. These are what we refer to as the Private Features. Only registered members, of that entity, have access to those features and functions.
 
In addition to the TOMA benefits, we have woven numerous lead-generation, and communications opportunities for our sponsors, and co-sponsors, into the sites. Each site boasts a mixture of several core feature modules that include lead-generation tools, and secured functions for logged-in members to use. Sponsors automatically receive an email notification with visitors' names, and email addresses, as each new member signs up to use the more advanced communication and private features of the site.

Continuous, and dependable, improvements will be made through timely response to user requests, and the implementation of their ideas, along with additional features we are constantly working on.

Public Areas

Second, the sites were all designed with a Public Page. When you first open the site, it defaults to the Public Home Page. This is where we included all of the features, and content, designed to bring visitors back over, and over again. This is a huge benefit to sponsors. In other cases, the typical user of one of these types of sites, simply has the Private Features available, or very limited additional features. As such, they have no reason to visit the site, except when they want to find out what is going on with their entity. Our Public Features are so extensive, as you will find, that the average visitor to a Seniors Connected site, as an example, is spending 97 minutes and examining 32 documents. That's huge when it comes to keeping people on a web site. This fact, alone, counts for an exponential increase in Top of Mind Awareness building.   

The description of the Public Areas, will provide you with an overview of the major categories of features, along with the reasoning behind them. First and foremost, it is important that web visitors be presented with useful, fresh, and interactive content, that will give them a reason to visit your site over, and over, again.
