When it came to pricing our products, one thing I insisted on, was to create the ability for real estate professionals to have zero-based marketing with our sites. I'm a firm believer in having everyone, that benefits from something, share in that cost.
So, we developed the Top 20 Research categories. We simply took out the most likely research categories to find sponsors with, and gave them top billing on all of the sites. Then, we created benefits, within those categories, to make it easy for our main real estate sponsor to attract co-sponsors for the other categories in the Top 20. While we maintain the billing, and servicing, of these co-sponsor accounts, we kept the price down to a VERY affordable level for the co-sponsors, AND, give half of the monies, from these co-sponsors, back to the sponsor, up until the point where the sponsorship is absolutely FREE. And, I think you will find that, for what you get, the price of sponsoring a Top of Mind Awareness solution is a no brainer. Really, how much better than FREE could you get!

While there are other neighborhood sites, none of them come close to matching what our sites offer, especially in terms of visitor stickiness, and TOMA building capabilities. And, many of them are substantially more expensive. To sponsor a neighborhood, up to 1,000 residences, runs $49 per month. A small upcharge is incurred for larger neighborhoods.
