Should someone be looking for help with something, this is where they could go, to easily find the right solution. Within Help, they will find all of the Directories, Lost and Found, Requests and Questions, Reviews, a Site Search function, Sponsor Contact, Site Administrator Contact, Volunteer Needs, and Wants and Needs.

Directories
This page simply gives the member a quick, and easy, method to see a list of all of the directories on the site. Depending on the entity, this may include the members directory, board directory, committee directory, and any directories related to clubs, organizations, or other committees formed within various clubs and organizations. By clicking on any particular directory, it will bring up the directory itself, including all information available relating to each member. There is, also, the ability, within these various directories, to email one, several, or all of the members.

Lost and Found
Whether it's a lost dog or cat, watch, or other item, it can be posted here for members to become aware of. In addition, this section is posted for the public to view. This way, it provides a greater chance of the item being recovered. In addition to the details of the item, a photo can be uploaded.

Requests and Questions
If a member is not certain of whom they should contact, the requests and questions function is a quick, and easy, way to send a request, or question, to a person most likely to be able to respond. They simply choose the category of the question, or request, from the drop down menu, type in their contact information, the details of their question, or request, and it will be automatically forwarded to the person, or persons, designated to receive such questions, or requests.

As an example, if someone had a complaint about the way the entry to the neighborhood is being maintained, that request would go to the landscape committee chairman, if they exist. If they don't, the email will be sent to the board president. If they don't exist, it will be sent to the site administrator. If the member has a request to add a feature to their web site, that request would go to the site administrator, and to The Toma Group.

Reviews
Reviews lets members post reviews about anything they would like. If they read a book they'd like to talk about, or tried a new restaurant, this is where they could post a review. It could even be about a new product, or service they discovered. This is a great place to share experiences with others.

Site Search
Sometimes, you have visited a web site and read something, and when you go back, you can't remember where it was. Or, you simply want to find something on the site. Using the Site Search function, members can type in a word, or words, and it will bring up any posts relating to that search.

Sponsor Contact
Should a member wish to contact the main sponsor of their web site, this button brings up a quick, and easy, form to do that.

Site Administration Contact
As it describes, this is an easy way to contact whoever is administering the web site. You wouldn't necessarily need to know who it is. The submittal would go to the designated person overseeing the site for the entity.

Volunteer Needs
Whether it's a need that the neighborhood, club, church, etc. has for volunteers, or a private need, or a need that some other group, person, or organization has, that a member is aware of, this is where that volunteer need will be posted.

Wants and Needs
Similar to the Volunteer Needs area, Wants and Needs provides the ability for the neighborhood, club, church etc., or a registered member to post a want and/or need that, either they have, or someone they know of, has.
