The For Sale module covers Classifieds, Garage Sales, Homes for Rent or Lease, Homes for Sale, and Home Sites for Sale

Classifieds
This section allows members to post items that they have to sell. It provides them the ability to describe the item, in detail, and provide several photos. They can decide how long they wish the ad to run, and it will be found in the publicly accessible classifieds section.

Garage Sales
Members can post details of upcoming garage sales they may be having. Within the details, they can post the date(s) of the garage sale, explain details, and even list items that will be available, along with the asking prices. In addition, they have the ability to post photos of items.

All garage sales posted, will automatically appear in the general calendar of events.

Homes for Rent or Lease
Members, who have homes for rent or lease, can post them here. Clicking on this button, will bring up a list of homes available. This will simply show a part of the description, the address, and the monthly rent. Clicking View Details, will bring up detailed information. Included in the posting, can be a photo, property size by dimensions, square feet, and/or acreage, what kind of utilities service the home, the monthly rent, square footage of the residence, number of bedrooms, number of baths, a contact name, contact company, a contact phone number, e-mail address, a website address, a description, showing instructions, and directions to the home.

Homes for Sale
Members, who have homes for sale, can post them here. Clicking on this button, will bring up a list of homes available.
