This is a large category. Within Resources, members will find Amenities/Facilities, Architectural Control, Community Resources, Coupons and Discounts, E-forms, Favorite links, Games, Government Services, Predator Locator, Resident Businesses, Site Search, Sponsors and Co-sponsors, and Useful Phone Numbers.

Amenities/Facilities/Rentals
Administered by committee, board, and/or site administrator members, the Amenities/Facilities area provides the ability to describe the various amenities, and/or facilities, that the entity may have. Should a particular facility be able to be utilized by the public, outside of the members, there is the ability to describe the details of the utilization. Then, it provides the ability for anyone to inquire about the availability through filling out a provided form. This form, then, will go directly to one, or more, members who have been set up in the e-form administration area, as accepting these inquiries or requests.

Architectural Control
While Architectural Control could be just one of many committees that a neighborhood may have, it is probably the one that residents most often need to access. It's not that any individual resident needs to access it very often. However, each time they do, memberships in the committee, and/or rules and regulations, may have changed. Therefore, we have given this committee, its own button. By clicking on this button, it will give the residents a list of the committee members, along with the ability to send an email to one, several, or all of those members. Included, in the information about each member, is their role within the committee, their address, phone number and/or email address. If the member had included a photo, in their personal profile area, it will include that, also.

Community Resources
This section gives registered members the ability to add information about various services, vendors, and/or sources of information to the web site. As an example, if a member were to have researched, say, furniture refinishers, and had a hard time finding one, but a friend of theirs told them about one, they could post that information here, so that others would have an easier time. It doesn't necessarily mean that they are part of the recommended vendors list; it is just a source of a hard to find service, as an example.

Coupons and Discounts
Sponsors, and co-sponsors, have the ability, within their respective administration sections, to offer discounts, or provide coupons, to the neighborhood, group, church, or whatever they are sponsoring. As paying sponsors, and co-sponsors, it just makes sense that the members within a particular entity, try to utilize the services of these vendors, whenever possible. By providing coupons and discounts, it gives even more reasons, and incentives.

E-Forms
Should the particular entity need to add a particular form to the site, the administrator of the site can design a form for any certain purpose. The form, then, will go into a list of available forms. Should a member, then, need to send in a request, say, for maintenance of a broken window on their condo unit, or an architectural control request form, this is where they would find it. By accessing, filling out the form, and clicking submit, the form will go to the person designated to receive the form during the setup of the form.

The e-form function is, also, where the administrator, or other designated party, can put a form on the Amenities/Facilities/Rentals page for the public, if there are things the public can avail themselves of.

Favorite Links
Registered members, through the Favorite Links function, are able to share with other registered members, links to web sites that they find valuable, or of interest, in any one of approximately 175 categories.

Games
The Games button gives an easy link to online games.

Government Services
Government Services, provides a feed from Yahoo Yellow pages for government services in the area. In addition, the function allows for the addition of detailed information, of manually entered government services.

Predator Locator
The Predator Locator function comes from Sentry Predator Locator. Visitors can either go to their site, at http://www. sentrypredatorlocator.com , or utilize our function right on the site. We have simply taken their coding, and translated it to search by zip code, instead of address. In this way, if someone is looking for information on another area, and doesn't have an address, they can type in a zip code. This feature provides information, on record, of registered sex offenders in the area the visitor is interested in. It will first bring up a photo of the person when you mouse-over the indicator icons on the map. Clicking on the photo, brings up detailed information about the predator, as available, including their name, any aliases they may have used, sex, height, weight, eye color, hair color, ethnicity, identification marks, date of birth, address, county, sex crime and statute number of the offense.

Member Businesses
The Member Businesses directory accumulates the names of each business that has been entered into the Member Businesses section. Here, members are able to post general information about the business they are in. Functions available to them, in this area, include the ability to post the business name, another company name, address, phone, fax, e-mail address, a website link, a photo, a logo, and a section describing what the business is all about, or what they do.

By clicking on any particular business, within the directory, it will take the site visitor to the page describing and providing the information about that business.

Site Search
Sometimes, you have visited a web site and read something, and when you go back, you can't remember where it was. Or, you simply want to find something on the site. Using the Site Search function, members can type in a word, or words, and it will bring up any posts relating to that search.

Sponsor/Co-sponsors
The Sponsor/Co-sponsor button brings up a list of all sponsors, and co-sponsors, participating in the cost of maintaining the site. Here, members will find their contact information, and a photo/logo, if they uploaded one. The main sponsor is typically the real estate category. The other nineteen categories of the Top 20 Research areas can be co-sponsored. This gives another way to find someone in any of twenty particular professions.

Useful Phone Numbers
Useful Phone Numbers is similar, in concept, to the Community Resources feature. This section gives registered users, the ability to post the phone numbers of various people, or services, in any of approximately one hundred and seventy five categories.
