The documents area, includes association (or club, group, etc.) documents, reviews, and newsletters.

Entity Documents
All documents, related to the community, club, group, etc. should be stored here. Architectural Review forms, Covenants, By-Laws, Budgets, etc., are just a few examples of the variety of forms and documents you may find easily accessible. Any separate clubs, groups, organizations, committees, etc., that have document storage functions, within their separate areas on the site, have the ability to include any, or all, of their documents within this general documents area.

Reviews
Reviews, lets members post reviews about anything they would like. If they read a book they'd like to talk about, or tried a new restaurant, this is where they could post a review. It could even be about a new product, or service they discovered. This is a great place to share experiences with others.

Newsletters
Newsletters is where a registered member can upload a newsletter that they created as a Word or PDF file. It could be for any of the Top 20 categories, or a category they create themselves with the category creation function. This may be where they have an interest in something that they would like to share, or they may work for some agency that they want to post the newsletter for, or any number of other newsletters they may be involved in, outside of the entity that has the web site.

In addition, this is where you would find newsletters regarding the particular community, organization, church, or whatever entity is operating the particular web site. Along with the ability to upload PDF and Word documents, this feature also provides a text editor, that can be used to create the newsletter right on the site.
