Doug has been a leader in the real estate business since his RE/MAX Rookie of the Year for 1978 days. In 1991 he discovered the concept of personal marketing and started to create TOMA in the community of Thurston County, WA. In subsequent years, he not only rose to the top of the local real estate scene, but dominated the top sales awards for RE/MAX in the late 1990s and early 2000's. Ranked number 1 for RE/MAX in the State of Washington and then in the region of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, his team went on to become ranked in the top 100 in the nation. Having achieved all of his sales goals, Doug and a partner opened up their own real estate company in 2002. His team is still in operation, but runs with very little input from Doug. The TOMA he has created continues to bring in a steady supply of customers to support both he and his team members. This has allowed Doug to spend a good part of his time creating web-based products that create TOMA for other agents, at a fraction of the cost it took when he was going through the process. He will continue to personally use and perfect these products in his own real estate business.

William (Bill) Burgess, has spent a large portion of his adult life in the database programming field, beginning in the 1987 when he completed college and went to work for state government as a computer/analyst programmer. In the early nineties Bill started his career as an independent information processing consultant with contracts across a wide range of organizations from governmental agencies to construction companies. Bill was part of the internet industry in its infancy and went on to work as technology directors for a major start up company during the 'dot com boom' of the late nineties. Bill is currently technology director of Data2Web, a company specializing in database design and development with clients from a range of industries and locations nationwide.

Cory is definitely a people person. As such, he's perfect for his position with The Toma Group in sales and customer service. Having been around real estate sales all of his life, he knows the business well. He can relate to the needs and frustrations of real estate professionals and loves to help in any way he can. A tireless worker, Cory works hard to make sure our customers needs are met. He has learned the value of a satisfied customer! In addition, Cory has worked hard for three years helping to develop our products. As such, he is very familiar with them and can answer most questions that come his way.
